Terms and Conditions of Service

🎤 DJ PAUL TONY – Disco and Karaoke Services Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

- A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking.

- Full payment must be made no later than on the event date.

- Payment can be made via Bank Transfer / PayPal / Cash / Credit or Debit Card / ClearPay .

2. Cancellations

- Cancellations made more than 2 days before the event will not incur additional charges.

- Cancellations within 1 day of the event may be subject to a small cancellation fee.

3. Equipment & Setup

- DJ PAUL TONY will arrive approximately around 1 hour before the event to set up.

- The client must ensure suitable access and space for equipment setup.

- All equipment remains the property of DJ PAUL TONY.

4. Health & Safety

- We reserve the right to refuse service if the venue is deemed unsafe.

- Electrical equipment is PAT tested and operated by trained personnel.

5. Conduct

- The client is responsible for guest behavior. Any damage to equipment caused by guests may incur repair or replacement costs.

- We reserve the right to stop the performance if staff are threatened or abused.

6. Music & Requests

- We will do our best to accommodate music requests but cannot guarantee all songs will be available.

- Offensive or inappropriate song requests may be declined.

7. Liability

- DJ PAUL TONY is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from our services.

- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.

🎪 DJ PAUL TONY – Bouncy Castle Hire Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

- A deposit of £50 is required to confirm your booking.

- Full payment is due on or before the day of hire.

- Payment methods include Bank Transfer / PayPal / Cash / Credit or Debit Card / ClearPay.

2. Delivery & Setup

- Delivery and setup are included in the hire price within 5 miles of GU7 postcode area.

- The hirer must ensure the site is flat, clean, and free of obstacles.

- DJ PAUL TONY reserves the right to refuse setup if the site is unsuitable or unsafe. This will result in termination of service and the right to retain the non-refundable deposit already paid.

3. Supervision

- The bouncy castle must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

- DJ PAUL TONY does not provide supervision unless agreed in writing.

4. Safety Rules

- No shoes, food, drink, or sharp objects allowed on the inflatable.

- No somersaults, flips, or rough play.

- Maximum number of users and age limits must be adhered to.

5. Weather Conditions

- In the event of high winds or heavy rain, DJ PAUL TONY reserves the right to cancel or postpone the hire for safety reasons.

- If cancelled due to weather, deposits may be refunded or transferred to a new date.

6. Damage & Liability

- The hirer is responsible for any damage caused during the hire period.

- DJ PAUL TONY is not liable for injuries sustained through misuse or lack of supervision.

- All equipment is inspected and maintained to high safety standards.

7. Insurance

- DJ PAUL TONY holds public liability insurance up to £5k.

- Proof of insurance available upon request.
